Multi-Partner Relationships

In our world, there can be so many messages about what we can and should be doing, and what we can and should be capable of.

Moving through the world can be full of ups and downs. One part of life can feel and seem great, while others are harder or feel like a complete mess. Everything is moving along but something still doesn't quite feel right. Or everything just isn't OK at all.

Sometimes, health, troubling events, personal and family history of trauma, oppression, environment, inequity, life transitions, stresses, and losses can create challenges that make both large and small situations more difficult.

You might struggle to do what you want and need, hesitate to assert your wants and needs, or question whether you know what you want in the first place.

My philosophy is that everyone can create and experience a fulfilling life, and identify for themselves and their communities what that might be.

Every person is unique and different and has a place in our world, and in therapy we can work together to support your trajectory, or help you find it and get there.

Together with attention and curiosity, we can navigate emotional, relationship, situational, and environmental influences as you connect to yourself and others, and explore outlets for stability, creativity, intimacy, fun (when and if you want any of that) and everything in between.

You are an expert in your own experience and I welcome you to bring your own styles and rituals as we collaborate on your getting where you want to go in your life and in your healing.
